My name is Kendra, born and raised in Michigan (Go Blue!) and my heart beats fast for all things creative. I discovered my creative passion while changing diapers as a nanny. I am completely self-taught which on some days gives me confidence, and on others, it makes me question everything! I am 26 years old. I like coffee. Organic food. wine. Art. Family time. travel. Music. And all things floral.

On a normal afternoon, you would find me in my skinny jeans and a comfortable tee. I strive to live a big life full of love, beauty, and togetherness.i am inspired by the moments that slip past us in the blink of an eye, but want to hold onto forever. my passion is for beauty, and i am at my best when surrounded by community, photographing the things that bring joy and meaning to those around me.
i see so much beauty in authenticity, and it would be my absolute joy to capture life in the way that it occurs for you.

I’ll be the first to say that my photography isn’t for everyone.

I’m for people who want to break the rules, forget the traditional poses, run across a freeway or scale a mountain for the perfect shot (okay, maybe not run across a freeway, that’d be dangerous and illegal, but don’t be surprised if I throw the idea out there!) and be super mushy-gushy-really-in-love in front of the camera.

If you’re down with that, it sounds like we’re going to get along just great and I can’t wait to get to know you and your love(s) The people I photograph are so much more than clients to me. Consider me your extra bridesmaid at your wedding, your stylist at your senior session, and your best friend after our time together is over. I want to be your friend through this process, be on your speed dial for all your wedding needs, and by your side on your big day to hold your bouquet, fluff your dress, or just give you a big hug!

I am currently nestled in small town Tecumseh with the loves of my life- my hilarious, red bearded husband, Cury and our darling pup, Otis.

I am available to travel locally and worldwide, please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or inquiries!

This blog provides content from the weddings and lifestyle sessions that I photograph, art projects,  recipes, my likes and dislikes.. but mostly, I hope you see my heart. I hope you see my gratitude for the beautiful life God has graced me with. While it’s certainly not perfect, it is good. I’m so glad you’re here.
